Rubber Mixing Workshops in Triangle Group’s Huamao branch factory

Triangle Group invested 3.2 billion in theHuamao branch factory to build a model tire production base, which covers over130 acres. NEWU provided overall planning for the rubber mixing workshops,including transport, weighing and management systems. This project was finishedsuccessfully as a leader in tyre industry. 

NEWU applied many advanced systems in thisproject, such as carbon black conveying and storage system, one-stop rubbermixing system, constant temperature rubber mixing in series, automaticadditives dosing system, digital manufacturing execution system, barcodetracing system, ZnO/Silica pneumatic conveyor system.
